I am Kerry Harper, the founder of Kerry Harper Virtual Assistant – KHVA, based in Rayleigh, Essex.

My extensive business experience comes from over 30 years working primarily in London for Finance Directors, Senior Executives and CEOs of large organisations within the newspaper and media industry.

Previous roles have included Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant and Administrative positions within the commercial and financial areas of companies including:

Associated Newspapers
Publishers of The Daily Mail, The Mail on Sunday, Metro and (at the time) The Evening Standard

Publishers of the Daily Telegraph

Whilst I enjoyed the City life, I decided to make my base in Rayleigh, Essex, particularly as my family grew.  Occasionally, I still travel to London to see executive clients, some of whom I previously worked alongside.

In 2016 I launched KHVA as a temporary EA service and helped various organisations within Media and Advertising.  Two years later, I took my business forward and stepped into the VA world.  By utilising the wealth of administrative skills I gained during my career.  I am able to support small organisations, consultants, non-exec directors and local businesses & tradesmen by offering a professional Executive Assistant service.

During this time, there have been many advances in technology and accepted good business practices.  I believe it is vital to keep up-to-date with training and expand my skill set to be able to offer an excellent support service.
