Executive Assistant

I provide a full Executive Assistant service.

Email inbox management – responding or drafting replies; organising the inbox from less important to highlighting urgent correspondence.  

Diary management – booking client appointments; meetings and reservations.

Liaising with – team members, suppliers; following up with clients for RSVPs; writing thank you notes or other reminder emails.

Additional EA duties – booking travel arrangements; run personal errands; sourcing gifts.

Admin Assistant

I will input data and assist by building or updating a database (minimal training may be required with CRMs).

Editing and creating documents within Microsoft and Google. 

Completing forms online or by hand, as well as subscription renewals, ordering supplies, submitting expenses, paying and producing invoices.  Improving and organising office systems and procedures.

Social Media

I will set-up Social Media accounts for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter.  I can also manage these accounts on a daily/weekly basis with your content.

Staff Holiday Cover

I am able to cover administrative duties when your staff take holidays.  By outsourcing tasks which need to be completed on an ad hoc basis, you will save the costly agency fees for temporary staff and downtime when work is quiet and only pay for the required hours worked.

You will be provided with a timesheet stating the time taken for each task with your invoice at the end of the month

If there is an urgency with a particular project, please notify me at the start so we can agree a realistic completion time.  Duration and frequency will be agreed at the start of most work if necessary.

Work can be sent via email or requested by text or phone.  A shared folder can be set up either using OneDrive, Google Drive or DropBox.

I have Markel Insurance which covers Professional Indemnity and Public Liability (policy can be viewed upon request).

Confidentiality is given an urgent priority and all information is dealt with in the strictest of confidence.  Any discarded documentation is shredded.  I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (certificate can be viewed upon request).  I am also happy to sign your own Non-Disclosure Agreement, or we can create one together.

Prior to working together, a Service Proposal including Terms and Conditions will be provided for signature and a copy retained by both parties.
